Starting from October 2020, CHEN Kaihua, professor from the Institutes of Science and Development of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CASISD), serves as an associate editor of the international journal Technovation.

Technovation is acknowledged as one of the leading journals in the field of innovation studies, known for publishing the original research results about technological innovation, entrepreneurship, and management.

CHEN is engaged in research areas on innovation development policy, innovation development system, technology foresight and technology strategy, and has published many academic achievements on Research Policy and Technovation. He is also involved in creating the CASISD journal of Innovation and Development Policy (IDP) and serves as an associate editor.

CHEN is an outstanding member of the Youth Innovation Promotion Association of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). He won the Lu Jiaxi Young Talent Award in CAS and the Outstanding Youth Award of the Chinese Association for Science of Science and S&T Policy Research. He is also a member of the research expert group of National Science and Technology Talent Planning in the 14^th Five-Year Plan.
